Payment

All goods must be paid for in full prior to collection/delivery.

Bespoke/Custom-made Items

A 50% deposit is required at time of order. The balance to be paid in full prior to collection/delivery. The customer must approve in writing the final design specification before any work can be started. Any  subsequent changes to the design and/or specifications will require a re-quotation. In the event that work has already begun the customer remains liable for all materials and any work already undertaken.

Delivery

The customer is responsible for the collection/delivery of all items. In the event that the customer requires Tabularasa to arrange delivery, this will be charged at cost.

Installation

The customer is solely responsible for the installation of items where this may be necessary.

Cancellation and Refunds

Stock Items

Customers may cancel orders for items from stock up to 3 days prior to delivery / collection. In this case any monies paid will be refunded in full.

Where the order is cancelled later than above, a charge equivalent to 20% of the full cost will be levied.

For stock items purchased online the customer may cancel the order up to 7 days following delivery/collection. The customer will be liable for any return costs.

Bespoke/Custom Orders

Customers may cancel such requests up to the point where the final design/specification has been agreed. No work will commence and no materials will be obtained until this sign off. Should the customer cancel after this point they will be liable for the cost of any materials obtained which cannot be returned to the supplier and for any work undertaken. A design/consultation fee of £100 will be applied to all cancelled orders for bespoke/custom items. Charges will be deducted from any deposit paid and any balance will be refunded. Where no deposit has been received the customer will be invoiced accordingly.
